Call for Entries: Whitby Lobster Hatchery 2027 Calendar

We're on the lookout for stunning artwork to feature in the 2027 Whitby Lobster Hatchery Calendar — and we want entries from artists, photographers, sculptors, and creatives of all ages.

Whether you're a seasoned exhibitor or picking up a pencil for the first time, this is your chance to celebrate the coast, the creatures, and the community that make the hatchery what it is.

Looking for inspiration? Think lobsters in all their glory, Whitby's iconic coastline, rock pools, the hatchery itself, spooky Halloween lobsters, or the colour and energy of Whitby Regatta. If it captures the spirit of our North Yorkshire coast, we want to see it.
